Pre-Orders/Special Orders

1-  Payments will need to be made in full at the time of the purchase to ensure you will receive the item. After making a successful order, you will be notified when the shipment is sent with the corresponding tracking number

Due to shipping costs, If your order includes in-stock item(s) with a pre-order item(s), all items will be shipped once the last pre-order item(s) is released. This also applies to multiple pre-order items with multiple release dates. Due to stock issues and delays in the last six months, some release dates may be subject to change - This may be due to shifting of release dates/Shipping delays/Allocation issues which are totally out of our hands, if you have any issues please contact us.

If you wish for separate shipments, we recommend to order pre-order items separately, so they don’t hold up delivery of other in-stock items.

2- Special order items are in stock, located at our distributors warehouse due to current size constraints. Once you purchase one of these items, we receive it in 2/3 days and it is posted express to you that day.
